1:1 Sessions

Our 1:1 classes at BarreBeautiful are personalised to you, as I tailor the sessions to your needs and goals. 

Because of this, they’re popular for those who have an injury or specific targets and goals that they would like focused attention on. 

Using the basic principles of The BarreConcept Method®, I adapt the sessions to focus on different areas of the body. We can spend more time at the Ballet Barre which is where we focus on our lower and upper body, an extended about of time on the mat, which focuses on the core and I can also adapt movements to increase your cardio and flexibility. 

I always recommend a private class if you are new to exercise. This allows us time focus on your technique, alignment, and the basic principles of Barre. 

A classic The BarreConcept Method® session:

Using small, ballet inspired movements, we tone the thighs, lift the bottom, sculpt the arms and flatten the abs. We take elements from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga to increase strength, tone, flexibility and get a full-body sculpt.

At the ballet barre: This is where we focus on sculpting and strengthening the legs, creating a perky bottom and toning the arms and upper back.

Mat work on the floor: Using Pilates-based floor work, we tone and strengthen your core. (Equipment such as a Pilates ball, ring, stretch bands or light hand weights can be added) 

Stretch: Every session involves strengthening exercises to prevent injury and stretches to help your mobility and ease of movement; which promotes functionality in your day to day life. 

My aim is for you to leave the studio feeling happy, strong and definitely, Beautiful.
